Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Turret Creations. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.

Return Policy:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must not have been washed or damaged in any way.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Costs of Returns:

• The costs of returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us at turretcreations@gmail.com to discuss your return.

How to Submit a Return Request:

• To submit a return request, please email us at turretcreations@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
